Vice President,

Head of Development and Finance Surveillance Agency,

All Governors who present today,

Heads of Regional Police,

Heads of High Prosecutor,

All of us should be aware and I think we are already aware that we experience economic slowdown. However, I need to emphasize that our country is not the only one that experience this problem. In fact, almost all countries experience it. Our neighbouring countries are on the same situation and their problems are even harder.

The problem emerges because of the crisis in Greece several months ago, the increase of rate interest in the US, the depreciation of yuan in China, and the latest, recently, one thing that influences the economy is South Korea and North Korea conflict.

Therefore, we must anticipate these issues. We anticipate it together. All parties must have the same thoughts and obey the decision we made. All parties have to do same. These are the matters that I would like to convey.

First, the most important thing is, in terms of the purpose of our nation, to materialize just and prosperous society.

It can be achieved if our economy is in good shape and grows well. Well growing economy is supported by many things, among others State Budget, Regional Budget, State-Owned Enterprises, and also private investment.

It means if government spending, either in State Budget, Regional Budget, State-Owned Enterprises, as well as in national and foreign private investment can run it will contribute to our economic growth.

Nevertheless, at the moment the problem is in budget expenditure, either in State Budget, Provincial, City/Regency Budget, and State-Owned Enterprises. Therefore, we have a meeting today.
