(Foto: IST)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pemerintah secara resmi akan memproses secara hukum\u00a0organisasi kemasyarakatan (Ormas) Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), karena sebagai Ormas berbadan hukum, HTI dinilai tidak melaksanakan peran positif untuk mengambil bagian dalam proses pembangunan guna mencapai tujuan nasional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pengumuman terkait proses hukum\u00a0HTI itu disampaikan oleh Menko Polhukam Wiranto dalam konferensi pers di kantor Kemenko Polhukam, Jakarta, Senin (8\/5) siang. Saat menyampaikan pengumuman pemrosesan hukum\u00a0itu, Menko Polhukam didampingi oleh Kapolri Jenderal Tito Karnavian, Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Tjahjo Kumolo, Menteri Hukum dan HAM (Menkumham) Yasonna H. Laoly.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menko Polhukam menegaskan, kegiatan yang dilaksanakan HTI terindikasi kuat telah bertentangan dengan tujuan, azas, dan ciri yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 1945 sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2013 tentang Ormas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0093Aktivitas yang dilakukan nyata-nyata telah menimbulkan benturan di masyarakat yang dapat mengancam keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, serta membahayakan keutuhan NKRI (Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia),\u0094 kata Wiranto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berbagai pertimbangan di atas, serta menyerap aspirasi masyarakat, lanjut Menko Polhukam, Pemerintah perlu mengambil langkah\u0096langkah hukum secara tegas untuk membubarkan HTI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0093Keputusan ini diambil bukan berarti Pemerintah anti terhadap ormas Islam, namun semata-mata dalam rangka merawat dan menjaga keutuhan NKRI yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 1945,\u0094 pungkas Wiranto. <strong>(EN\/ES)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pemerintah secara resmi akan memproses secara hukum\u00a0organisasi kemasyarakatan (Ormas) Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), karena sebagai Ormas berbadan hukum, HTI dinilai tidak melaksanakan peran positif untuk mengambil bagian dalam proses pembangunan guna mencapai tujuan nasional.
