Selain itu, ada 3 (tiga) PNS yang dikenai sanksi turun pangkat selama 3 (tiga) tahun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menteri PANRB Asman Abnur selaku Ketua BAPEK mengungkapkan, ada 11 orang dari 8 instansi pemerintah pusat dan 8 orang dari 7 pemerintah daerah yang diberhentikan dengan hormat atas permintaan sendiri. Sedangkan 3 PNS diberikan sanksi turun pangkat selama 3 tahun baik dari instansi pusat maupun pemerintah daerah.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Sebagian besar kasus PNS yang diberhentikan\u00a0 karena tidak masuk kerja lebih dari 46 hari. Ini menjadi peringatan bagi seluruh ASN,&#8221; kata Asman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tercatat ada 16 \u00a0orang yang kebanyakan bolos lebih dari lebih dari 46 hari, dua orang menjadi calo CPNS (Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil), penyalahgunaan narkotika, melakukan pungli, pemalsuan dokumen CPNS, cerai tanpa izin pejabat yang berwenang, hingga ada juga yang melakukan penggelapan uang titipan biaya nikah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sidang tersebut dihadiri oleh Sekretaris BAPEK yang juga Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana, \u00a0Asdep Pembinaan Integritas dan Penegakan Disiplin SDM Aparatur Kementerian PANRB Bambang Dayanto, pejabat dari Kejaksaan Agung RI,\u00a0 Badan Intelijen Nasional (BIN), Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, Pengurus KORPRI, serta BKN. <strong>(Humas Kementerian PANRB\/ES)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Badan Pertimbangan Kepegawaian (BAPEK) dalam sidangnya di kantor Kementerian Pendagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB), Jakarta, Senin (30\/7), memberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan 18 Pegawai Negeri SIpil (PNS) dari instansi pemerintah pusat dan daerah.
