\"WhatsApp<\/a>Saat ini,\u00a0semua negara menghadapi kondisi ekonomi global yang tidak stabil, serta meningkatnya sentimen proteksionisme dan anti globalisasi.\u00a0Hal ini sangat memprihatinkan dan mengkhawatirkan, karena dapat merusak sistem perdagangan multilateral, mengganggu pertumbuhan ekonomi kawasan dan nasional, dan mengakibatkan fluktuasi nilai tukar.<\/p>\n

Pernyataan ini disampaikan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) pada Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi (KTT) ke-21 ASEAN Plus Three (APT) di Suntec Convention Centre, Singapura, Kamis (15\/11).<\/p>\n

\u0093Situasi ekonomi global berdampak serius bagi negara-negara di kawasan. Capital outflow<\/em> yang besar mengakibatkan fluktuasi nilai tukar,\u0094 ujar Presiden Jokowi.<\/p>\n

Oleh karenanya, untuk menjaga ketahanan ekonomi, Presiden Jokowi mengingatkan agar mekanisme kawasan harus dipastikan berjalan dengan baik, sehingga Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralisation<\/em> (CMIM) harus diperkuat.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, aksi konkret harus dilakukan. Pertama, kita tingkatkan kontribusi pada CMIM, sehingga dana bantuan yang cukup harus siap untuk membantu anggota yang membutuhkan.<\/p>\n

Kedua, operasionalisasi CMIM harus lebih implementatif. CMIM harus tanggap membantu anggota yang terkena krisis keuangan.<\/p>\n

\u0093Ketiga, saya mengusulkan agar kita tugaskan Menteri Keuangan dan Gubernur Bank Sentral untuk bahas peningkatan dana talangan menjadi 2 kali lipat,\u0094 kata Presiden Jokowi.<\/p>\n

Dalam forum tersebut, Presiden Jokowi juga mengingatkan untuk mulai mengurangi ketergantungan kawasan terhadap satu mata uang, melalui implementasi efektif kerja sama currency swap<\/em>, dan meningkatkan penggunaan mata uang lokal dalam pembayaran transaksi perdagangan lintas negara.<\/p>\n

\u0093Kerja sama APT harus menjadi bagian dari solusi global,\u0094 ucap Presiden Jokowi.<\/p>\n

Untuk itu, Presiden Jokowi mengatakan bahwa APT perlu melakukan kerja sama yang lebih erat untuk mewujudkan Asia Timur dan Asia Tenggara yang stabil dan sejahtera.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, Presiden Jokowi mengatakan bahwa perdamaian dan kesejahteraan kawasan kita, tidak dapat dipungkiri sangat ditentukan APT.<\/p>\n

\u0093Kerja sama ASEAN Plus Three sangat penting artinya,\u0094 tutur Presiden.<\/p>\n

Selain dihadiri para kepala negara\/kepala pemerintahan ASEAN, KTT ASEAN Plus Three ini dihadiri juga oleh PM RRT Li Keqiang, PM Jepang Shinzo Abe, dan Presiden Korea Selatan Moon Jae-in.<\/p>\n
