(Foto: JAY\/Humas)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Guna mendapatkan informasi yang objektif atas persepsi dari stakeholder atau pihak yang dilayani terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, \u00a0Biro Akuntabilitas Kinerja dan Reformasi Birokrasi (AKRB) Kedeputian Bidang Administrasi Sekretariat Kabinet menyelenggarakan Survei Kepuasan Layanan dan Pemanfaatan Dokumen, di Ruang Rapat Lantai 4, Gedung III Kemensetneg, \u00a0Jakarta, Senin (13\/1) pagi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, menurut Kepala Biro AKRB Dyah Pancaningrum dalam sambutannya mengatakan, survei tersebut dilakukan juga untuk mengidentifikasi harapan unit kerja terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan di Kedeputian Bidang Administrasi.<\/p>\n<p>Ketiga, mendapatkan masukan dari seluruh pejabat pegawai pemberi layanan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerjanya.
