PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) mulai menjual tiket KA Reguler masa Angkutan Lebaran 1441 H mulai H-90 sebelum keberangkatan di web<\/em> KAI, aplikasi KAI Access<\/em>, dan seluruh\u00a0channel<\/em>\u00a0penjualan resmi KAI lainnya.<\/p>\n

“Tiket KA Reguler masa Angkutan Lebaran 1441 H akan dijual mulai 14 Februari 2020 pukul 00.00 WIB untuk keberangkatan H-10 Lebaran atau 14 Mei 2020 dan seterusnya,” ujar Direktur Utama KAI Edi Sukmoro.<\/p>\n

Edi mengingatkan, agar para calon penumpang untuk lebih teliti dalam meng-input<\/em> tanggal, rute, atau data diri penumpang saat melakukan pemesanan. Rencanakan perjalanan sebaik mungkin termasuk estimasi perjalanan ke stasiun, jangan sampai keliru dan akhirnya tidak bisa berangkat mudik Lebaran.<\/p>\n

Sebagai langkah antisipasi meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung\u00a0channel<\/em>\u00a0penjualan tiket, KAI telah mengoptimalkan\u00a0sistem\u00a0penjualan tiket serta menambah kapasitas\u00a0server<\/em>\u00a0dan\u00a0bandwidth<\/em>\u00a0sebanyak dua kali lipat dari hari biasa. Hal ini bertujuan agar proses pemesanan tiket di seluruh\u00a0channel<\/em>\u00a0dapat berjalan dengan lancar.<\/p>\n

\u201cPastikan pemesanan tiket Lebaran melalui\u00a0channel<\/em> resmi KAI atau mitra resmi yang telah bekerjasama dengan KAI. Tujuannya untuk menghindari penipuan, gangguan sistem, atau adanya biaya jasa yang tidak wajar. Lalu, saat akan memesan tiket Lebaran, pastikan koneksi internet stabil, siapkan juga rute atau tanggal alternatif perjalanan, serta cek ketersediaan tiket secara berkala,\u201d tutup Edi.
