Kalau pembebasannya di luar dugaan kami kecepatan yang luar biasa,&#8221; tutur Presiden menceritakan percakapan dengan Dirut PT. Hutama Karya. <\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Ini, menurut Presiden, patut disyukur karena infrastruktur di seluruh tanah air telat dibangun. <\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">&#8220;Harus ngomong apa adanya secara terbuka kalau terlambat. Stok infrastruktur kita dibanding negara-negara sekitar kita juga masih jauh, sehingga kecepatan mobilitas orang, Kecepatan mobilitas barang,&#8221; katanya. <\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Kecepatan logistik dari provinsi-provinsi yang lain, sambung Presiden, dari kabupaten satu kabupaten yang lain menjadi semuanya terhambat sehingga daya saing, <em>competitiveness<\/em> menjadi kalah. <\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">&#8220;Apapun sekarang ini, antarnegara persaingan, antarnegara saling kompetisi, dan siapa yang cepat akan mengalahkan yang lambat. Sudah bukan kaya dulu, dulu negara kaya dan negara miskin, negara besar mengalahkan negara kecil, bukan,&#8221; urai Presiden.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\"> Sekarang, lanjut Presiden, zaman sudah berubah, yang cepat akan mengalahkan yang lambat, dan Indonesia harus lebih cepat dari negara-negara lain. <\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">&#8220;Sebab<\/span>\u00a0itu pekerjaan infrastruktur. Betul keinginan kita percepat. Seluruh tanah air dan khususnya, <em>wabilkhusus<\/em> di Aceh,&#8221; tutur Kepala Negara.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Perjanjian Helsinki<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada kesempatan tersebut, Presiden\u00a0 juga menyampaikan terkait perjanjian Helsinski. Ia mengaku sudah bertemu dan berbicara dengan Gubernur dan Yang Mulia Wali Nanggroe.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;2 atau 3 minggu lalu, saya sudah bertemu dengan Pak Mualim, Pak Muzakir Manaf. Saya ketemu dan tokoh-tokoh Aceh lainnya yang tidak saya sebut. Tidak bisa saya sebut satu per satu,&#8221; sambungnya.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kepala Negara ingin diberikan waktu untuk menjawab berbagai masalah terkait perjanjian Helsinki tersebut.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Beri waktu saya untuk menjawab karena apapun ini akan didiskusikan dalam Rapat-rapat Terbatas yang selalu kita lakukan setiap minggu sehingga jawabannya nanti saya akan berikan.
