Tautan: <a href=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/surat-Keputusan-no-248.pdf.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">surat Keputusan no 248.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk itu, Menteri Kesehatan (Menkes), Terawan Agus Putranto, menetapkan Keputusan Menkes Nomor HK.01.07\/MENKES\/248\/2020 pada tanggal 11 April 2020 tentang Penetapan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor, Kota Bogor, Kota Depok, Kabupaten Bekasi, dan Kota Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat Dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bogor, Kota Bogor, Kota Depok, Kabupaten Bekasi, dan Kota Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat wajib melaksanakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar sebagaimana dimaksud Diktum KESATU sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan secara konsisten mendorong dan mensosialisasikan pola hidup bersih dan sehat kepada masyarakat,&#8221; bunyi Diktum KEDUA Keputusan Menkes tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, sebagaimana dimaksud Keputusan Menkes tersebut, dilaksanakan selama masa inkubasi terpanjang dan dapat diperpanjang jika masih terdapat bukti penyebaran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Keputusan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan,&#8221; bunyi Diktum KEEMPAT atau terakhir pada Keputusan Menkes tersebut.
