Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) terus menyelesaikan pembangunan infrastruktur perumahan yang masuk dalam daftar Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN).<\/p>\n

Setelah menyelesaikan Rumah Susun (Rusun) Pasar Rumput yang diperuntukkan bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR), di DKI Jakarta juga tengah dibangun Rusun Tingkat Tinggi Pasar Jumat terutama bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang saat ini progres konstruksinya telah mencapai 88,12%.<\/p>\n

Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono mengatakan, pembangunan rusun disamping untuk MBR, juga diperuntukkan bagi para mahasiswa, pelajar, santri, dan pekerja, termasuk para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), TNI\/Polri.<\/p>\n

Diharapkan dengan penyediaan hunian yang layak berupa\u00a0rusun dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi\u00a0produktivitas masyarakat dalam bekerja, sekaligus sebagai persiapan menghadapi tatanan baru (new normal<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Rusun Pasar Jumat berdiri di atas lahan seluas 5.300 meter persegi berada di Komplek Perumahan Kementerian PUPR yang tidak jauh dari Stasiun moda transportasi berbasis rel Mass Rapid Transit<\/em> (MRT) atau Moda Raya Terpadu di Lebak Bulus, Jakarta.<\/p>\n

Kehadiran Rusun berbasis Transit Oriented Development<\/em> (TOD) yang lokasinya dekat dengan transportasi publik diharapkan memberikan nilai efisiensi tinggi bagi masyarakat perkotaan, khususnya para ASN.<\/p>\n

Diharapkan konsep hunian terintegrasi ini dapat lebih banyak dikembangkan di kota-kota besar lainnya di Indonesia, sehingga dapat menurunkan angka backlog pemilikan dan penghunian rumah sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas hunian yang layak.<\/p>\n

Luas bangunan utama Rusun Pasar Jumat sekitar 2.800 meter persegi terdiri dari 18 lantai yakni 16 lantai untuk hunian sebanyak 460 unit dan 2 lantai untuk fasilitas bermain anak dan fasilitas umum yang berada di lantai 1 dan 2.<\/p>\n

Untuk menambah kenyamanan penghuni, setiap unit pada Rusun Pasar Jumat didesain dengan tipe 36 yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas 1 kamar utama, 1 kamar anak, ruang tamu, kamar mandi shower<\/em> dan toilet duduk, dan ruang jemur pakaian dengan daya listrik 2.200 KWh.<\/p>\n

Pembangunan Pasar Jumat menerapkan sistem teknologi beton ringan precast<\/em> lantai dan dinding. Untuk precast<\/em> pada lantai menggunakan Hollow Core Slab<\/em> (HCS) dan untuk precast pada dinding menggunakan Lightweight Cement Wall<\/em> (LCW) sebagai wujud kemajuan teknologi konstruksi di Indonesia.<\/p>\n

LCW merupakan salah satu inovasi material beton ringan dan sangat efisien dari sisi waktu kerja dengan kualitas kedap suara, tahan api, dan tes beban yang cukup banyak. Sementara HCS sebagai salah satu terobosan dalam konstruksi lantai beton untuk bangunan bertingkat yang menggunakan sistem prategang dimana kabel ditarik terlebih dahulu pada suatu dudukan khusus yang telah disiapkan dan kemudian dilakukan pengecoran.<\/p>\n

Sebelumnya Kementerian PUPR melalui Ditjen Perumahan telah menyelesaikan pembangunan Rusunawa Pasar Rumput dengan 25 lantai sebanyak tiga tower<\/em>. Rusunawa ini menggunakan konsep mixed use<\/em> atau penggunaan campuran antara hunian, komersial, dan pasar. Untuk bagian bawah Rusunawa dimanfaatkan sebagai pasar, sedangkan di bagian atas dibangun unit hunian tempat tinggal beserta prasarana\u00a0pendidikan untuk anak-anak.<\/p>\n

Rusunawa Pasar Rumput dibangun sejak tahun 2016 memiliki jumlah unit hunian sebanyak 1.984 unit dan 1.314 kios. Lokasi Rusunawa tidak jauh dari Terminal Manggarai yang juga bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan hunian layak dengan transportasi publik.
