(Foto: Humas\/Agung)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) telah membangun jalan tol Trans Sumatra sepanjang 393 kilometer (km) dari total 2.887 km yang ditargetkan selesai tahun 2024.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nHal tersebut diungkapkan Menteri PUPR, Basuki Hadimuljono usai mengikuti Rapat Terbatas (Ratas) di Istana Merdeka, Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Selasa (7\/7).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8221;Itu yang terdiri dari <em>backbone<\/em>-nya dari Bakauheni sampai Banda Aceh dengan sayap-sayapnya dari Bengkulu, Palembang, Padang, Pekanbaru, Sibolga, dan Medan,&#8221; ujar Menteri PUPR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Lebih lanjut, Menteri PUPR sampaikan bahwa yang masih dalam konstruksi (<em>under construction<\/em>) 1.194km, sedang persiapan 1.291 km, targetnya ingin diselesaikan sampai dengan 2024, dan kendalanya hanya pendanaan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8221;Jadi kalau untuk seluruhnya 2.878 km dibutuhkan anggaran Rp500 triliun, termasuk yang sudah beroperasi. Ada komitmen dari perbankan Rp72,2 triliun, dukungan Pemerintah Rp21,6 triliun, dan PMN kepada PT Hutama Karya yang ditugaskan Rp19,6 triliun. Jadi ada Rp113 triliun yang <em>comitted<\/em>,&#8221; kata Menteri PUPR seraya menambahkan sudah termasuk yang beroperasi sepanjang 393 km.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk itu, Menteri PUPR sampaikan bahwa masih dibutuhkan anggaran sebesar Rp387 triliun untuk menyelesaikan seluruhnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8221;Kalau hanya <em>backbone<\/em>-nya saja dari Bakauheni sampai dengan Banda Aceh sekitar 1.970 km<em>. Note-<\/em>nya tanpa sirip-sirip, tanpa Bengkulu, tanpa Padang, dan tanpa Sibolga. Tapi itu semua juga nanti akan diselesaikan. Untuk yang <em>backbone<\/em>-nya saja itu kebutuhan dananya Rp266 triliun,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Rincian anggarannya, menurut Menteri PUPR, Perbankan Rp42,2 triliun, dukungan pemerintah Rp16,1 triliun, PMN Rp17,1 triliun sehingga kebutuhan total anggaran yang masih dibutuhkan Rp191 triliun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8221;Dukungan pemerintah itu seperti Padang-Pekanbaru itu kan ada terowongan. Terowongan itu ada <em>loan <\/em>JICA karena membutuhkan teknologi, itu dukungan pemerintah ya. Ada lagi yang di antara Bakauheni-Palembang juga ada dukungan pemerintah jembatan dan berapa kilo. Jadi VGF-nya berupa konstruksi,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soal<em> financing, <\/em>Menteri PUPR sampaikan bahwa hal ini dibicarakan oleh Menteri BUMN, Menko Kemaritiman dan Investasi, Menko Perekonomian, dan Kementerian Keuangan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8221;Ini ada beberapa <em>option<\/em>, beliau-beliau akan merumuskan mana yang akan apakah dengan mengeluarkan <em>bond<\/em> dengan jangka panjang. Pasti kalau <em>bond<\/em> dengan jangka panjang itu pasti dengan jaminan pemerintah,&#8221; urai Menteri PUPR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ini, menurut Menteri PUPR, khususnya untuk jalan tol Sumatra masalah hanya pada pendanaan.
