(Foto: Biro Pers Setpres\/Rusman)<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hari ini, Senin (08\/03\/2021), sebanyak 1,1 juta dosis vaksin jadi COVID-19 produksi AstraZeneca tiba di Tanah Air. Vaksin ini\u00a0 diperoleh Indonesia melalui kerja sama multilateral COVAX Facility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUpaya multilateral ini mulai membuahkan hasil. Mulai akhir Februari, pengiriman pertama vaksin multilateral telah mulai dilakukan. Dan pada hari ini Indonesia menerima pengiriman pertama Vaksin AstraZeneca sebesar 1.113.600 (dosis) vaksin jadi,\u201d ujar Menlu dalam keterangan pers, Senin (08\/03\/2021) sore, di Bandar Udara Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang, Banten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jumlah 1,1 juta dosis ini adalah bagian awal dari <em>batch<\/em> pertama yang diperoleh Indonesia melalui skema multilateral ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDalam <em>batch<\/em> pertama Indonesia akan memperoleh 11.704.800 vaksin jadi. Pengiriman <em>batch <\/em>pertama akan dilakukan hingga Mei 2021 dan insyaallah menurut rencana akan diikuti <em>batch-batch<\/em>\u00a0selanjutnya,\u201d ujar Retno.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Retno mengungkapkan, kedatangan\u00a0vaksin ini tidak terlepas dari kerja\u00a0sama antara kementerian dan lembaga terkait di Indonesia, serta dengan berbagai pihak internasional, yaitu negara donor,\u00a0Aliansi Vaksin GAVI, Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO),\u00a0Dana\u00a0Anak-Anak\u00a0Perserikatan Bangsa-bangsa (UNICEF),\u00a0Koalisi untuk Inovasi Kesiapsiagaan Epidemi (CEPI),\u00a0dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUntuk itu,\u00a0kami sampaikan apresiasi tinggi atas semua kerja\u00a0sama yang diberikan,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lebih lanjut Menlu mengungkapkan, upaya pemerintah dalam pengadaan vaksin COVID-19 melalui jalur multilateral ini telah dilakukan sejak tahun lalu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c16 Oktober 2021\u00a0di Jenewa,\u00a0bersama dengan Menteri BUMN saya menyampaikan Surat Expression of Interest (EoI) Pemerintah Indonesia kepada\u00a0GAVI COVAX Facility. Surat tersebut ditandatangani Menteri Luar Negeri dan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.\u00a0Sejak saat itu,\u00a0proses untuk mendapatkan akses vaksin dari jalur multilateral terus bergulir,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam keterangan persnya, Menlu juga menyampaikan komitmen untuk terus memperkuat dan memperkokoh diplomasi vaksin dalam rangka\u00a0membangun ketahanan kesehatan dan pemulihan ekonomi nasional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDiplomasi vaksin akan terus diperkuat. Diplomasi juga akan terus diperkokoh untuk membantu upaya pemerintah membangun resiliensi kesehatan dan pemulihan ekonomi,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kesetaraan Akses Vaksin untuk Semua Negara<br \/>\n<\/strong>Dalam keterangan persnya, Menlu Retno Marsudi juga kembali menegaskan bahwa Indonesia terus mendukung kesetaraan akses vaksin COVID-19 bagi semua negara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSelain berupaya untuk mengamankan kebutuhan dalam negeri, dukungan Indonesia mengenai prinsip\u00a0<em>equal access to vaccine\u00a0for all\u00a0<\/em>atau kesetaraan akses vaksin bagi semua negara juga terus dijalankan. Prinsip ini harus terus disuarakan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Retno menambahkan, prinsip tersebut akan disuarakan Indonesia antara lain melalui posisi Menlu RI sebagai salah satu\u00a0ketua bersama (<em>co-chairs<\/em>) dari program kerja sama vaksin multilateral \u00a0COVAX\u00a0 Advance\u00a0 Market Commitment Engagement Group (COVAX-AMC EG). Menlu RI memimpin kerja sama ini dengan dua orang ketua lainnya, yaitu Menteri Kesehatan Ethiopia Lia Tadesse mewakili negara AMC dan Menteri Pembangunan Internasional Kanada Karina Gould mewakili negara donor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">COVAX-AMC EG merupakan forum antara 92 negara AMC dengan negara-negara donor untuk pengadaan dan distribusi vaksin bagi negara AMC. COVAX Facility memiliki target pengadaan vaksin bagi 20 persen dari populasi\u00a0 setiap negara AMC dan mendukung kesiapan negara AMC untuk melakukan rencana vaksinasi nasional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turut hadir di Bandara Soekarno Hatta, Kepala Perwakilan WHO untuk Indonesia N. Paranietharan, Kepala Perwakilan UNICEF untuk Indonesia Debora Comini, serta Plt.
