Hal ini dikarenakan sektor perumahan memiliki efek multiplier yang sangat tinggi terhadap sektor lainnya. Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati menyampaikan pemerintah memberikan perhatian pada sektor perumahan dalam berbagai bentuk dengan total alokasi anggaran APBN Rp33,1 triliun untuk tahun 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBantuan pembiayaan perumahan yang berbasis tabungan atau BP2BT serta belanja anggaran APBN melalui bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya, pembangunan rumah susun, pembangunan rumah khusus dan pembangunan rumah susun sederhana, rumah umum, subsidi bantuan uang muka sebesar 4 juta rumah, subsidi selisih bunga dengan beban bunga masyarakat untuk yang berpendapatan rendah. APBN juga menggunakan instrumen transfer ke daerah dalam bentuk DAK Fisik untuk pembangunan rumah secara swadaya. APBN juga memberikan dana bergulir fasilitas likuiditas pembiayaan perumahan,\u201d ungkap Menkeu, dikutip dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kemenkeu.go.id\/publikasi\/berita\/pemerintah-siapkan-bantuan-untuk-sektor-perumahan-hingga-rp33-1-t-di-2021\/\">laman Kementerian Keuangan<\/a> (Kemenkeu), Rabu (10\/03\/2021). <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu, pemerintah juga memperkuat PT. Sarana Multigriya Finansial (PT. SMF) sebagai Special Mission Vehicle Kemenkeu di bidang perumahan dengan memberikan penyertaan modal negara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menkeu menyebut data dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menunjukkan kredit kepemilikan properti hanya tumbuh 2,8 persen. Hal ini jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan rata-rata tiga tahun terakhir yang selalu tumbuh di atas 10 persen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untuk itu, guna meningkatkan minat pembelian perumahan, pemerintah menanggung Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) atas penyerahan rumah tapak dan unit hunian rumah susun sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 21 Tahun 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PPN yang akan ditanggung pemerintah diberikan untuk penyerahan yang dilakukan pada Masa Pajak Maret 2021 sampai dengan Masa Pajak Agustus 2021. PPN akan ditanggung 100 persen oleh pemerintah untuk penyerahan dengan harga jual maksimal Rp2 miliar, sedangkan untuk harga jual rumah di atas Rp2 miliar hingga Rp5 miliar diberikan diskon PPN 50 persen ditanggung pemerintah. <strong>(HUMAS KEMENKEU\/UN)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sektor perumahan menjadi bidang prioritas pemerintah untuk segera dipulihkan.
