{"id":218179,"date":"2021-06-05T18:25:02","date_gmt":"2021-06-05T11:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=218179"},"modified":"2021-06-05T18:51:58","modified_gmt":"2021-06-05T11:51:58","slug":"inilah-keppres-11-2021-tentang-satuan-tugas-percepatan-investasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/inilah-keppres-11-2021-tentang-satuan-tugas-percepatan-investasi\/","title":{"rendered":"Inilah Keppres 11\/2021 tentang Satuan Tugas Percepatan Investasi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-218180 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-05-at-18.22.12.png\" alt=\"Keppres 11 2021\" width=\"874\" height=\"522\" \/><br \/>\nPresiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) telah menerbitkan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia (Keppres) Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Satuan Tugas Percepatan Investasi pada tanggal 4 Mei 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keppres yang dapat diakses pada laman <a href=\"https:\/\/jdih.setkab.go.id\/\">JDIH Sekretariat Kabinet<\/a> ini dikeluarkan dengan pertimbangan bahwa untuk meningkatkan investasi dan kemudahan berusaha dalam rangka mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyediaan lapangan kerja, perlu dilakukan pengawalan (<em>end to end)<\/em> dan peran aktif penyelesaian hambatan pelaksanaan berusaha. Pengawalan dan peran aktif penyelesaian hambatan tersebut perlu dilakukan melalui pembentukan Satuan Tugas Percepatan Investasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDalam rangka meningkatkan investasi dan kemudahan berusaha, dibentuk Satuan Tugas Percepatan Investasi, yang selanjutnya disebut Satgas Investasi,\u201d bunyi keputusan yang tertuang pada Pasal 1 peraturan ini.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berdasarkan ketentuan pada Pasal 4, Satgas yang berada di bawah dan bertanggungjawab kepada Presiden ini memiliki lima tugas, yaitu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. memastikan realisasi investasi setiap pelaku usaha penanaman modal dalam negeri maupun penanaman modal asing yang berminat dan\/atau yang telah mendapatkan perizinan berusaha;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. menyelesaikan secara cepat permasalahan dan hambatan (<em>debottlenecking<\/em>) untuk sektor-sektor usaha yang terkendala perizinan berusaha dalam rangka investasi;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. mendorong percepatan usaha bagi sektor-sektor yang memiliki karakteristik cepat menghasilkan devisa, menghasilkan lapangan pekerjaan, dan pengembangan ekonomi regional\/lokal;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d. mempercepat pelaksanaan kerja sama antara investor dengan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah; dan<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">e. memberikan rekomendasi penindakan administratif kepada pimpinan kementerian\/lembaga\/otoritas dan pemerintah daerah provinsi\/kabupaten\/kota terhadap pejabat\/pegawai yang menghambat pelaksanaan investasi maupun yang dapat menambah biaya berinvestasi di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDalam melaksanakan tugas sebagaimana dimaksud, Satgas Investasi memiliki kewenangan menetapkan keputusan terkait realisasi investasi yang harus segera ditindaklanjuti kementerian\/lembaga\/otoritas\/pemerintah daerah; dan melakukan koordinasi terkait realisasi investasi dengan kementerian\/lembaga\/otoritas\/pemerintah daerah,\u201d ditegaskan di Pasal 5.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Satgas Investasi dipimpin Ketua yang dijabat oleh Menteri Investasi\/Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM). Selain itu terdapat juga dua Wakil Ketua yang diisi oleh Wakil Jaksa Agung dan Wakil Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Wakapolri). Kemudian terdapat juga Sekretaris yang dijabat Dini Purwono.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSatgas Investasi melaporkan pelaksanaan tugasnya kepada Presiden paling sedikit satu kali dalam satu bulan atau sewaktu-waktu jika diperlukan,\u201d disebutkan dalam peraturan ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya, Satgas Investasi dibantu oleh Sekretariat Satgas Investasi. Selain itu, dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya Satgas juga dapat membentuk Tim Pelaksana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSegala biaya yang diperlukan bagi pelaksanaan tugas Satgas Investasi, Sekretariat Satgas Investasi, dan Tim Pelaksana dibebankan pada Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara melalui Anggaran Belanja Kementerian Investasi\/Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal,\u201d ketentuan pada Pasal 10.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Masa tugas Satgas Investasi, disebutkan pada bagian akhir Keppres <a href=\"https:\/\/jdih.setkab.go.id\/PUUdoc\/176442\/Salinan_Keppres_Nomor_11_Tahun_2021.pdf\">11\/2021<\/a>, dimulai sejak peraturan ini ditetapkan yaitu pada tanggal 4 Mei 2021. <strong>(UN)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) telah menerbitkan Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia (Keppres) Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Satuan Tugas Percepatan Investasi pada tanggal 4 Mei 2021.
