Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan kelanjutan insentif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai Ditanggung Pemerintah (PPN DTP) sebagaimana Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 6\/PMK.010\/2022 tentang Pajak Pertambahan Nilai atas Penyerahan Rumah Tapak dan Satuan Rumah Susun yang Ditanggung Pemerintah Tahun Anggaran 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cInsentif ini diharapkan efektif meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat dan mendukung sektor perumahan dengan efek pengganda yang besar ke perekonomian nasional. Kita berupaya menjaga keberlanjutan momentum pemulihan di tahun 2022 agar semakin kuat, khususnya di Kuartal I dan II,\u201d ungkap Kepala Badan Kebijakan Fiskal (BKF), Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu), Febrio Kacaribu, dalam rilisnya, Selasa (08\/02\/2022).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border-radius: 12px;\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/episode\/62rCD4DU3trNuNijILTs88?utm_source=generator\" width=\"100%\" height=\"232\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/span><br \/>\nSeiring pemulihan sektor konstruksi dan <em>real estate<\/em> yang sudah tumbuh di atas level prapandemi, insentif PPN DTP 2022 dilanjutkan namun besarnya dikurangi secara terukur (<em>tapering<\/em>). Untuk itu, kebijakan insentif PPN DTP 2022 diberikan sebesar 50 persen dari insentif PPN DTP 2021 yaitu 50 persen atas penjualan rumah paling tinggi Rp2 miliar serta 25 persen atas penjualan rumah dengan harga di atas Rp2-5 miliar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKita berharap masyarakat memanfaatkan insentif ini agar membantu perekonomian Indonesia pulih lebih kuat pada 2022,\u201d tutup Febrio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai informasi, dalam rangka Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN), Pemerintah telah memberikan dukungan insentif PPN DTP untuk sektor properti mulai Maret sampai dengan Desember 2021.
