Jumlah kuota pada tahun 2023 mencapai 220 ribu unit, atau meningkat 20 ribu dari kuota tahun 2022 yang sebanyak 200 ribu. Penambahan kuota\u00a0 penerima bantuan subsidi perumahan FLPP juga akan diikuti dengan penambahan anggaran dari tahun 2022 sebesar Rp23 triliun menjadi Rp25,18 triliun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cProgram FLPP tahun 2023 akan didampingi dengan program Subsidi Bantuan Uang Muka (SBUM) dengan jumlah sama 220.000 unit sebesar Rp0,89 triliun dan program Subsidi Selisih Bunga (SSB) sebanyak 754.004 unit senilai Rp3,46 triliun,\u201d ujar Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Pembiayaan Infrastruktur Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan, Kementerian PUPR, Herry Trisaputra Zuna, dikutip dari laman Kementerian PUPR, Selasa (06\/09\/2022).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada tahun 2023 juga akan disalurkan program bantuan subsidi Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (Tapera) senilai Rp4,64 triliun dari dana masyarakat untuk 54.924 unit. Sehingga total target penyaluran bantuan subsidi perumahan tahun 2023 sebanyak 274.924 unit senilai Rp34,17 triliun yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) sebesar Rp29,53 triliun dan dana masyarakat Rp4,64 triliun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tekait realisasi bantuan pembiayaan perumahan di tahun 2022, Herry mengungkapkan hingga 31 Agustus 2022 program Kredit Perumahan Rakyat (KPR) FLPP sudah mencapai 132.288 unit atau sebesar 66,14 persen dari target 200 ribu unit. Penyerapan anggaran mencapai 63,91 persen atau sebesar Rp14,6 triliun dari Rp23 triliun. Sedangkan untuk Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Berbasis Tabungan (BP2BT) terealisasi sebanyak 5.042 unit atau sebesar 69,23 persen dari target 7.283 unit. Anggaran yang terserap mencapai Rp196,5 miliar atau 67,44 persen dari Rp291,4 miliar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUntuk BP2BT, bank pelaksana masih fokus menerbitkan KPR subsidi dengan skema FLPP dibanding dengan skema BP2BT,\u201d kata Herry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fasilitas kemudahan dan bantuan pembiayaan perumahan Kementerian PUPR diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akses dan keterjangkauan, khususnya bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) terhadap pembiayaan perumahan yang layak huni.
