{"id":31781,"date":"2015-07-15T13:06:22","date_gmt":"2015-07-15T06:06:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=31781"},"modified":"2015-07-15T13:07:41","modified_gmt":"2015-07-15T06:07:41","slug":"pemerintah-tambah-modal-bpjs-kesehatan-rp-3460-triliun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/pemerintah-tambah-modal-bpjs-kesehatan-rp-3460-triliun\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemerintah Tambah Modal BPJS Kesehatan Rp 3,460 Triliun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/bpjs-2014.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-31778 alignleft\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" alt=\"bpjs-2014\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/bpjs-2014-300x225.jpg\" width=\"230\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Dengan pertimbangan untuk menjaga kesinambungan program jaminan sosial kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan, pemerintah memandang perlu melakukan penambahan penyertaan modal Negara Republik Indonesia ke dalam modal BPJS Kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Atas dasar itu, Presiden Joko Widodo pada tanggal 2 Juli 2015 lalu telah menandatangani Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 48 Tahun 2015 tentang Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia Ke Dalam Modal BPJS Kesehatan.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u0093Nilai penambahan penyertaan modal sebagaimana dimaksud sebesar Rp 3.460.000.000.000,00 (tiga triliun empat ratus enam puluh miliar rupiah),\u0094 bunyi Pasal 2 ayat (2) PP tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Penambahan penyertaan modal sebagaimana dimaksud bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) Tahun Anggaran 2015, yang digunakan untuk mendanai biaya operasioal BPJS Kesehatan Tahun 2015.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Peraturan Pemerintah ini berlaku mulai tanggal diundangkan,\u0094 bunyi Pasal 3 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 48 Tahun 2015 yang telah diundangkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasonna H.
