{"id":32828,"date":"2015-08-04T10:37:33","date_gmt":"2015-08-04T03:37:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=32828"},"modified":"2015-08-04T12:34:21","modified_gmt":"2015-08-04T05:34:21","slug":"pemerintah-tambah-modal-perum-bulog-rp-3-triliun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/pemerintah-tambah-modal-perum-bulog-rp-3-triliun\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemerintah Tambah Modal Perum Bulog Rp 3 Triliun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Bulog.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-32829 alignright\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" alt=\"Bulog\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Bulog-300x172.jpg\" width=\"230\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Dengan pertimbangan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan dan meningkatkan kapasitas usaha, Presiden Joko Widodo pada tanggal 14 Juli 2015 telah menandatangani Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 49 Tahun 2015 tentang Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia ke Dalam Modal Perusahaan Umum (Perum) Bulog.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Nilai penambahan modal sebagaimana dimaksud sebesar Rp 3.000.000.000.000,00 (tiga triliun rupiah),\u0094 bunyi\u00a0 Peraturan Pemerintah itu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Adapun sumber anggaran penambahan modal negara, menurut PP itu, berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) Tahun Anggaran 2015.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Peraturan Pemerintah ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan,\u0094 bunyi Pasal 3 PP No. 49 Tahun 2015 yang telah diundangkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasonna H. Laoly itu.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tambah Beban Kerja<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sebagaimana diketahui, Presiden Joko Widodo sudah menyampaikan rencana pemerintah untuk menambah beban kerja Perum Bulog. Tidak hanya mengurusi dan menjaga stok beras namun juga komoditas pangan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Kita siapkan agar Bulog ke depan tidak hanya mengurus beras,\u0094 kata Jokowi di Istana Kepresidenan, Senin (8\/6).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Presiden, peranan Bulog dalam menjaga ketahanan pangan nasional sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah selalu memisahkan fungsi komersial dari Bulog.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Bulog itu kan Perum yang fungsinya menyangga, bukan cari untung. Beda dengan PT Pangan Indonesia yang mau dibentuk, itu fungsinya lebih banyak komersial. Sementara Perum Bulog itu penyangga ketahanan pangan,\u0094 jelas Jokowi.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya sesuai Keputusan Presiden Nomor 39 Tahun 1978 tanggal 5 November 1978, Bulog mempunyai tugas pokok melaksanakan pengendalian harga beras, gabah, gandum dan bahan pokok lainnya guna menjaga kestabilan harga, baik bagi produsen maupun konsumen sesuai dengan kebijaksanaan umum Pemerintah.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, melalui Keputusan Presiden Nomor 45 Tahun 1997 tugas pokok Bulog dibatasi hanya untuk komoditi beras dan gula pasir. Tugas ini lebih diciutkan lagi dengan Keputusan Presiden Nomor 19 Tahun 1998 dimana peran Bulog hanya mengelola komoditi beras saja<b>.
