Adanya sisa anggaran Rp 5.207.900.412, kata Pramono, antara lain disebabkan karena tidak terpenuhinya kuota Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS yang diangkat), sehingga terdapat alokasi anggaran untuk pembayaran gaji dan tunjangan CPNS yang tidak terserap, selain rendahnya penyerapan uang lembur dan uang makan lembur.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Kurang maksimalnya penyerapan karena adanya kebijakan pimpinan untuk melaksanakan\u00a0 penghematan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana kerja, dan menghentikan perjalanan dinas dan rapat di luar kantor,\u0094 jelas Pramono.<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan penyerapan belanja modal mencapai 67,38 persen, yang antara lain disebabkan rencana pengadaan 2 unit kendaraan roda empat\u00a0 hanya terealisasi 1 unit.<\/p>\n<p>Salah seorang anggota Komisi II DPR, Sukisman, dalam kesempatan itu menyampaika apresiasi kepada Seskab Pramono Anung disertai harapan dapat melaksanakan tugas di eksekutif.<\/p>\n<p>Sukisman juga berpesan kepada Pramono agar berhati-hati dalam menggunakan anggaran.<\/p>\n<p>Rapat dengar pendapat itu dihadiri oleh pejabat eselon I dan II di lingkungan Sekretariat Negara dan Sekretariat Kabinet.<\/p>\n<p><b>(WID\/SM\/RAH\/ES)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sekretariat Kabinet (Setkab), Sekretariat Negara (Setneg) dan Sekretariat Militer (Setmil) menggelar rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) dengan Komisi II DPR RI\u00a0 yang dipimpin oleh Ketua Komisi II DPR RI Rambe Kamarulzaman, di Gedung DPR, Jakarta\u00a0 Senin\u00a0 (24\/8) sore.
