Aneka Tambang Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Nilai penambahan penyertaan modal negara sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 sebesar paling banyak Rp3.500.000.000.000,00 (tiga triliun lima ratus miliar rupiah),\u0094 bunyi Pasal 2 ayat (1) PP tersebut.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Penambahan penyertaan modal negara sebagaimana dimaksud, menurut PP ini, bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) Tahun Anggaran 2015, yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Keuangan berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan penerbitan saham baru yang disampaikan oleh Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Peraturan Pemerintah ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan,\u0094 bunyi Pasal 3 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 73 Tahun 2015 yang telah diundangkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasonna H.
