{"id":38818,"date":"2015-10-16T13:31:38","date_gmt":"2015-10-16T06:31:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=38818"},"modified":"2015-10-16T13:35:07","modified_gmt":"2015-10-16T06:35:07","slug":"pemerintah-suntik-modal-pt-perusahaan-pengelola-aset-rp-1-triliun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/pemerintah-suntik-modal-pt-perusahaan-pengelola-aset-rp-1-triliun\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemerintah \u0091Suntik\u0092 Modal  PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset Rp 1 Triliun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PPA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-38819 alignleft\" style=\"margin: 5px;\" alt=\"PPA\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PPA-300x237.jpg\" width=\"230\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Dengan pertimbangan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan dan meningkatkan kapasitas Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset, Presiden Joko Widodo pada tanggal 21 September 2015 telah menandatangani Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 72 Tahun 2015 tentang Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia ke dalam Modal Saham Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA).<\/p>\n<p>Dalam PP itu disebutkan, Negara Republik Indonesia melakukan penambahan penyertaan modal ke dalam modal saham Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset yang didirikan berdasarkan PP Nomor 10 Tahun 2004 tentang Pendirian Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) di Bidang Pengelolaan Aset sebagaimana telah diubah dengan PP Nomor 61 Tahun 2008 tentang Perubahan atas PP Nomor 10 Tahun 2004.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u0093Nilai penambahan penyertaan modal Negara sebagaimana dimaksud sebesar Rp1.000.000.000.000,00 (satu triliun rupiah), yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Tahun Anggaran 2015,\u0094 bunyi Pasal 2 ayat (1,2) PP tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 72 Tahun 2015 ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan, yaitu pada tanggal 21 September 2015 oleh Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasonna H.
