Ketua : Wakil Presiden; merangkap anggota;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. Sekretaris : Menteri Dalam Negeri; merangkap anggota;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. Wakil Sekretaris : Menteri Keuangan; merangkap anggota;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">d. Anggota : 1. Menteri Pertahanan; 2. Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia; 3. Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi; 4.Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional\/Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional; 5. Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi; 6. Menteri Sekretaris Negara; 7. Sekretaris Kabinet; 8. Ketua Asosiasi Pemerintah Provinsi Seluruh Indonesia (APPSI); 9. Ketua Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia (APKASI); dan 10. Ketua Asosiasi Pemerintah Kota Seluruh Indonesia (APEKSI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsinya, menurut Keppres ini, Dewan Pertimbangan Otonomi Daerah dibantu oleh Sekretariat yang diketuai oleh Sekretaris Dewan Pertimbangan Otonomi Daerah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0093Segala biaya yang diperlukan untuk pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi Dewan Pertimbangan Otonomi Daerah dibebankan pada Bagian Anggaran Kementerian Dalam Negeri,\u0094 bunyi diktum KETIGA Keppres tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keputusan Presiden ini mulai berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan, yaitu tanggal 4 Januari 2016.<b> (Pusdatin\/ES)<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dengan pertimbangan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 6 ayat (4) Peraturan Presiden Nomor 91 Tahun 2015 tentang Dewan Pertimbangan Otonomi Daerah, Presiden Joko Widodo pada tanggal 4 Januari 2016 telah menandatangani Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Susunan Keanggotaan Dewan Pertimbangan Otonomi Daerah.
