{"id":126737,"date":"2018-03-15T16:00:32","date_gmt":"2018-03-15T09:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=126737"},"modified":"2018-03-16T09:17:08","modified_gmt":"2018-03-16T02:17:08","slug":"tourism-coordinating-team-established-to-develop-integrated-tourism-master-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/en\/tourism-coordinating-team-established-to-develop-integrated-tourism-master-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"Tourism Coordinating Team Established to Develop Integrated Tourism Master Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/15mar.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-126738\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-126738\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/15mar-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"15mar\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/15mar.jpg 300w, https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/15mar-150x85.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>In a bid to resolve issues concerning tourism development, the Government deemed it necessary to amend Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2014 on Cross-Sectoral Strategic Coordination on Tourism Implementation as amended by Presidential Regulation Number 40 of 2017 on the Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the consideration, President Joko \u0093Jokowi\u0094 Widodo on 2 March 2018 signed Presidential Regulation Number 14 of 2018 on the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2014 on Cross-Sectoral Strategic Coordination on Tourism Implementation. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In that Presidential Regulation, the Government increases the number of members of Tourism Coordinating Team to 22 (twenty two) from the previous 18 (eighteen). They are: Minister of of National Development Planning (PPN)\/Head of National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), Cabinet Secretary, Head of Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), and Attorney General.<\/p>\n<p>In implementing its task, Vice President as Chief of Tourism Coordinating Team may involve ministries\/institutions including Tourism Authority Board and\/or community element and other stakeholders if needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093In order to synergize tourism development, Tourism Coordinating Team formulate Integrated Tourism Master Plan which will be coordinated with acting chief (Minister of Tourism),\u0094 Article 5A paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Presidential Regulation reads.<\/p>\n<p>The regulation also states that Tourism Coordinating Team may be assisted by the experts in formulating Integrated Tourism Master Plan.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, Deputy Chief (Coordinating Minister for Maritime affairs, Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, and Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture) may conduct a coordinating meeting at any time to settle obstacles in the implementation of tourism development in accordance with their respective tasks and authorities.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Results of the coordinating meeting will be reported to the Chief of Tourism Coordinating Team,\u0094 Article 9A paragraph (2) reads.<\/p>\n<p>Under this Presidential Regulation, Chief of Tourism Coordinating Team will all report the implementation of his\/her tasks periodically to the President at least twice a year or at any time needed.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the financing of tasks of the Team, it is sourced from the State Budget and\/or other budgets which are legal according to the provisions of the law.\u00a0<strong>(Center for Data and Infomations\/ES)<\/strong> <strong>(RAS\/MUR\/EP\/Naster)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a bid to resolve issues concerning tourism development, the Government deemed it necessary to amend Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2014 on Cross-Sectoral Strategic Coordination on Tourism Implementation as amended by Presidential Regulation Number 40 of 2017 on the Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2014.
