Therefore, the President has allowed people to ask for judicial review to the Constitutional Court (MK) to resolve it.<br \/>\nAs for the possibility for the Government to issue a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perppu) on the MD3 Law, the President will wait for the result of the judicial review. \u0093Many have asked for judicial review to MK, in the judicial review, I think there is a mechanism for it,\u0094 the President conveyed.<\/p>\n<p>Besides, the President reminded that issuing a Perppu will be the same as the Perppu must also be approved by the DPR. When the President was asked if he felt behind by the Revision of the Law Number 17 of 2014 on MD3, President Jokowi explained that there are many requests of these matters to the DPR at that time. \u0093The Minister did not report it to me because it happened very quickly, the Minister of Law and Human Rights said that it has been cut by more than 75%. So it is indeed the dynamism at the DPR is extra long and very quick,\u0094 President Jokowi said while adding that he understands the situation at the DPR at that time made the Minister unable to phone him. \u0093At the time he tried to reach me, but I did not realize it, maybe I was in the situation of unable to pick it up,\u0094 President Jokowi concluded.
