General Secretariat; b. Directorate General of Agro Industry; b. Directorate General of Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Textile Industries (formerly the Chemical, Textile and Multifarious Industries); c. Directorate General of Metal, Machinery, Transportation, and Electronics Industries; d. Directorate General of Small, Medium and Multifarious Industries (formerly the Directorate General of Small and Medium Industries); f. Directorate General of Sustainability, Zonation and Development of International Industrial Access (formerly the Directorate General of Sustainability and Development of International Industrial Access); g. Inspectorate General; h. Industrial Research and Development Agency; and i. Industrial Human Resource Development Agency (previously did not exist).<\/p>\n<p>The nomenclature of Expert Staffs has also been changed into: j. Expert Staff for Industrial Deepening, Strengthening and Distribution; k. Expert Staff in Business Climate and Investment; and l. Expert Staff in Communication.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Regulation, the Industrial Human Resources Development Agency is responsible for developing industrial human resources and is headed by Head of Agency. The Regulation also stipulates that the Agency is directly under and is responsible to the Minister.<\/p>\n<p>The Industrial Human Resource Development Agency has the following functions: a. to write technical policies for the development of industrial human resources; b. to implement industrial human resource development; c. to monitor, evaluate, and report the implementation of the tasks related to industrial human resource development; d. to provide administrative support for Industrial Human Resources Development Agency; and e. to carry out other functions given by the Minister.<\/p>\n<p>The Presidential Regulation was promulgated by Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H.
