{"id":150355,"date":"2019-01-02T10:51:55","date_gmt":"2019-01-02T03:51:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=150355"},"modified":"2019-01-03T11:19:10","modified_gmt":"2019-01-03T04:19:10","slug":"govt-discharges-480-graft-convict-civil-servants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/en\/govt-discharges-480-graft-convict-civil-servants\/","title":{"rendered":"Gov\u0092t Discharges 480 Graft-Convict Civil Servants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Stop-Korupsi-300x172-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-150368\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-150368\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Stop-Korupsi-300x172-1-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"Stop-Korupsi-300x172\" width=\"300\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Stop-Korupsi-300x172-1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Stop-Korupsi-300x172-1-150x86.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Assistant Deputy for Integrity Development and Discipline Enforcement of the State Apparatus of Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Bambang Dayanto, in Jakarta, Friday (28\/12) conveyed that the Government, through the Personnel Supervisor Officer (PPK) and the Authorized Officer (PyB) finally imposed a Dishonorable Discharge (PTDH) sanction to 480 civil servants involved in corruption case and had been convicted by the court.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bambang, the decision is in line with the Joint Ministerial Decree between Minister of Home Affairs, Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reforms (PANRB) and Head of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Number 15 of 2018 on Law Enforcement of Civil Servants Who Have Been Convicted by the Court due to Criminal Conduct on Position or Criminal Conduct with Relation to Position. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Data from the BKN showed that the biggest number of civil servants involved in corruption case is in North Sumatra Province with 79 people, East Java Province 43 people, East Nusa Tenggara Province 36 people, while the lowest number is in Lampung Province of 1 person.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Meanwhile for the discharged civil servants working for Ministries and Institutions, the most significant number are from Ministry of Transportation with 21 people, followed by Ministry of Finance of 15 people,\u0094 he said, adding that this steps were taken to realize good governance in the country. All stakeholders including Ministers, Regional Heads, as well as Heads of Institutions must support the BKN, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of PANRB in carrying out their tasks and functions, Bambang continued.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Bambang added, Ministry of PANRB encouraged regional heads and institutions to immediately discharge all graft-convicted civil servants by the end of 2018, thus in 2019 there will be no more civil servants involved in corruption case.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Hopefully next year there will be no more civil servants involved in corruption,\u0094 Bambang concluded.
