Sumadilaga. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, other seven PLBN to be built later are Serasan National Park in Natuna Regency (Riau Islands Province), Oepoli in Kupang Regency and Napan in North East Middle Regency (East Nusa Tenggara Province), Yetetkun Waropko District in Boven Digoel Regency (Papua Province), Long Nawang in Malinau Regency, Jasa-Sei Kelik in Sintang Regency and Labang in Nunukan Regency (East Kalimantan Province).<\/p>\n<p>The budget for construction project of the 11 PLBN is Rp1.7 trillion which comes from Ministry of PUPR\u0092s Budget through the Directorate General of Cipta Karya. For the 4 PLBN alone, the budget is Rp780 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the PLBN is not only specifically for the PLBN core facilities, such as main building, integrated arrival inspection buildings, health clinics, carwash \/ disinfectants, weigh bridges, truck scanners, departure inspection buildings, confiscated warehouses, kennels, utility buildings, check points buildings and monuments. There are also a number of supporting facilities that are going to be built, such as border roads, access roads to PLBN, residential infrastructures such as roads, drainage, waste management, clean water supply as well as public markets to support economic development of the local community.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093We will evaluate the construction of the seven PLBN that had been built until last year. The PLBN aims to serve as the pride of Indonesian nation as well as for national defense and security and as a center of economic growth; for example, the Entikong PLBN and Skouw PLBN which have become centers of economic activities,\u0094 Sumadilaga said.<\/p>\n<p>For the record, Ministry of PUPR has completed the construction of seven PLBN in 2018, namely three PLBN in West Kalimantan Province (Entikong, Badau, and Aruk), three PLBN in NTT Province (Motaain, Motamassin and Wini) and one PLBN in Papua Province (Skouw).<\/p>\n<p>Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono said that the PLBN construction aims to fulfill the needs of communities in border areas by creating new centers for economic growth.
