However, this plan has to be canceled since it is regulated that the State Budget can only be used for hajj pilgrims or officers-related matters.<\/p>\n<p>According to Lukman, both the BPKH and the Ministry will provide Rp100 billion and Rp50 billion, respectively. The Rp50 billion provided by the Ministry comes from accommodation cost efficiency. \u0093So, the remaining shortfall is Rp33.7 billion,\u0094 he said. The Ministry will also carry out the budget rationalization to cover the lack of funds, such as, first, adjustment of the amount of flight groups for 10 thousand pilgrims; second, elimination of safeguarding fees; and third, adjustment of the unit cost of <em>manasik<\/em> (rituals of hajj in brief) held at Religious Affairs Offices (KUA).<\/p>\n<p>With this rationalization, the budget needed for the 10 thousand additional quota decreases from Rp353,7 billion to Rp319 billion.
