Assalamu\u0092alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh<\/em>,<\/em><\/p>\n

Beloved Indonesian people I am proud of,<\/p>\n

General election is part of a long journey that Indonesia takes. As Head of State and Head of Government, I have an obligation to maintain political and national security.<\/p>\n

Our constitution stipulates that all disputes should be resolved through the Constitutional Court. And I appreciate Pak<\/em> Prabowo-Sandi who has filed a lawsuit over the presidential election to the Constitutional Court yesterday. I also believe that the judges in the Constitutional Court will decide the case based on the facts.<\/p>\n

Ladies and Gentlemen,<\/p>\n

This is Ramadan month, a month full of blessings, a month full of forgiveness, a month full of love for us all to respect each other. Muslim Community has obligation to do good deeds.<\/p>\n

My door is always open to anyone for working together to build and develop this country. However, I do not tolerate anyone, particularly the rioters, who will threaten our security, disrupt democratic processes and destroy\u00a0the unity of this very beloved country. We will not allow the rioters to damage our country and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. There is no choice, the Indonesian Defence Forces (TNI) and the National Police will take firm action in accordance with the laws and regulations.<\/p>\n

Ladies and Gentlemen,<\/p>\n

The situation is still under control, people need not worry. I invite all of us to maintain our unity, brotherhood and harmony, because Indonesia is our home.<\/p>\n
