Cabinet Secretariat received an Award from Minister of Finance since the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) has granted Unqualified (WTP) Opinion to this institution for five times in a row.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is not something new for us since we have obtained the WTP opinion for the seventh time,\u201d Deputy Cabinet Secretary Ratih Nurdiati said after receiving the award from Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani at the 2019 National Working Meeting on Accounting and Government Financial Reporting in Jakarta, Thursday (12\/9).<\/p>\n

According to Ratih, the award indicated that Cabinet Secretariat responsibly manages its finances and it becomes a role model for other ministries\/institutions. \u201cMaybe other ministries have not received the WTP opinion as often as us. However, since we are part of Presidential Institution, we must be more than that; and we manage to face this challenge\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

With this award, Ratih continued, the Cabinet Secretariat has a responsibility to maintain the same achievement in the future. Quoting a statement from Minister of Finance, the WTP opinion is only a tool. We must still work efficiently and must be accountable.<\/p>\n

For the record, 43 ministries\/institutions that win an Award for receiving WTP opinion for five consecutive years are as follows:<\/p>\n
