President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo (Jokowi) welcomed Special Envoys of friendly countries at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Sunday (20\/10).<\/p>\n

The Special Envoys, among others: 1. Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Korea Noh Young-min; 2. Special Envoy of the President of the Philippines Theodoro Locsin Jr; 3. Special Envoy of Japanese Prime Minister Nakayama Norihiro; 4. Special Envoy of the President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Nahyan Mabarak Al Nahyan; and 5. Special Envoy of the President of the United States Elaine L. Chao. <\/p>\n

President Jokowi received the delegates in the Credentials Room and was accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi.<\/p>\n

Those delegates previously attended the inauguration ceremony of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia for 2019-2024 term in the People\u2019s Consultative Assembly (MPR) Building, Jakarta.<\/p>\n
