(Photo by: JAY\/PR)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>President Joko &#8220;Jokowi&#8221; Widodo has instructed the related ministers to prepare regulations derived from the Omnibus Law.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The regulations derived from the Omnibus Law are in the form of government regulation draft, revised government regulation, and presidential regulation draft,&#8221; the President stated at a limited meeting on the Development of Cipta Lapangan Kerja (Employment Creation) Omnibus Law Drafting at the Bogor Presidential Palace, West Java, Friday (27\/12).<\/p>\n<p>President Jokowi also stated that the derivative regulation must be done in parallel which does not only make the bill and the implementing regulations as solid regulations but also make it easier for stakeholders to understand the great architecture of the Omnibus Law.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This will speed up the field execution after the draft is approved by the Parliament,&#8221; the President stated.<\/p>\n<p>The President also instructed the Coordinating Ministers, Minister of State Secretariat, and Cabinet Secretary to open the Omnibus Law to the public. &#8220;So that if there were matters needed to be accommodated, they could still be (included in the bill).
