Ministry of Health has stated that the observation period for Indonesian evacuees from Wuhan will end on 15 February, 2020 at 12.00 Western Indonesian Time. Afterwards, the evacuees will depart from Natuna to Jakarta.<\/p>\n

“It is planned that at 7 a.m. Indonesian Air Force planes, consisting of 2 Boeing 737s and 1 Hercules, will fly from Jakarta to Natuna to bring the evacuees to Jakarta,” Secretary to the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control of the Ministry of Health, Achmad Yurianto, said in Natuna, Thursday (13\/2).
\n
\nMinister of Health, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture, Head of the National Agency for Disaster Management (BNPB) and a number of other state officials will also come to Natuna to pick up the evacuees.<\/p>\n

Achmad added that the evacuees will undergo medical check-up before departing from Natuna to Jakarta.\u00a0 The evacuees are scheduled to fly to Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Jakarta after lunch.<\/p>\n

Most of the evacuees are students from 30 provinces (158 women, 80 men) with the youngest age of 5 years and the oldest age of 64 years, along with 5 personnel of Indonesian Embassy, 24 personnel of support team, and 18 personnel of Batik Air crew.<\/p>\n

“Based on the data that we have, the evacuees are mostly students from 30 provinces, including from East Java (68 persons), Lampung (1 person), Jakarta (12 persons), Aceh (13 persons), Papua (8 persons), West Papua (6 persons), and from other regions,” Achmad said, adding that the aircraft hangar will be disinfected after the observation period ends.<\/p>\n

Achmad added that after arriving in Jakarta, the evacuees will be welcomed by members of Commission 9 of the House of Representatives (DPR) and representatives of regional governments.<\/p>\n
