There are four candidates for the Head of the National Capital Authority, President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo has said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe names are Bambang Brodjonegoro, Ahok (Basuki Tjahaja Purnama), Tumiyono, and Azwar Anas,\u201d President Jokowi told reporters at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Monday (2\/3).<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the President will sign the Presidential Regulation on the National Capital Authority in the near future. \u201cThe National Capital Authority Head will be appointed through the Regulation soon this week, God willing,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

For the record, the current candidates\u2019 positions are as follows: Minister of Research and Technology\/Head of the National Agency for Research and Innovation (BRIN) Bambang Brodjonegoro, President Commissioner of state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina Basuki Tjahaja Purnama or commonly known as Ahok, CEO of state-owned construction firms PT Wijaya Karya Tumiyono, and Regent of Banyuwangi Abdullah Azwar Anas.
