And 2% of the ADB staff and experts are from Indonesia,\u201d Airlangga said.<\/p>\n<p>Airlangga further explained that the ADB also supports the implementation of economic transformation carried out by President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo through Omnibus draft bill on job creation and taxation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe ADB will provide training, funding support and others,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding new capital city, the ADB has several experts to help carry out tenders, for example, which can also be used by the Indonesian Government. Thus far, the ADB has always contributed to development in Indonesia and one of the financial institutions which is consistent to continue to provide support, Airlangga added.<\/p>\n<p>Airlangga also explained that funding for the development of new capital is 20% from the State Budget, 80% from a government-to-business cooperation (KPBU) scheme, Government business entities or the PPP (public private partnership).
