https:\/\/jdih.setkab.go.id\/PUUdoc\/176070\/Keppres_Nomor_6_Tahun_2020.pdf)<\/a>.<\/p>\nThe Decree aims to implement the provision of Article 48 of Law Number 8 of 2019 on the Management of Hajj and Umrah and Article 11 paragraph (1) of Law Number 34 of 2014 on Hajj Financial Management.<\/p>\n
The Decree stipulates that the Bipih consists of the cost for hajj pilgrims, the cost for regional hajj officers, and the cost for Hajj and Umrah Group (KBIHU).<\/p>\n
The Value of Benefit, according to the Presidential Decree, consists of the benefit value of the regular pilgrims cost and the benefit value of the special pilgrims cost.<\/p>\n
“The Efficiency Fund as referred to in the FIRST Dictum is a result from the operational cost efficiency of the hajj pilgrims,” the FOURTH Dictum in the Presidential Decree reads.<\/p>\n
The Decree also states that the Bipih is deposited into an account of the Hajj Financial Management Agency at the Bipih Recipient Bank stipulated by the Agency.<\/p>\n
According to the Decree, the Bipih from the hajj pilgrims is allocated for hajj flight cost, hajj accommodation in Mecca, living costs, and visa fees.<\/p>\n
The Bipih from regional hajj officers and the KBIHU, according to the Decree, are allocated for hajj flight costs, living costs, visa fees, overseas pilgrimage service fees, and domestic pilgrimage service fees.<\/p>\n
The amount of BPIH for 1441 Hijri\/2020 AD consists of: a. Value of Benefits and Efficiency Funds for Regular Pilgrims which is Rp7,164,668,846,603.92; and b. Value of Benefits and Efficiency Funds for Special Hajj Pilgrims which is Rp16,483,184,760.00.<\/p>\n
Further provisions regarding the implementation of this Presidential Decree are stipulated by Minister of Religious Affairs.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis Presidential Decree shall come into force as of the date of its enactment,\u201d the SECOND Dictum of the Presidential Decree reads. (EN)<\/p>\n
