It will be further evaluated if necessary according to the development of situation.<\/p>\n<p>Second, the mechanism of work from home will be regulated in more details by the Personnel Supervisor Officer (PPK) of ministries\/institutions by taking into account the latest condition in their respective regions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCondition between regions is varied; there are regions categorized as red zones, some are categorized as yellow zones and so on. Thus, the implementation of work from home must be based on those condition\u201d Secretary to Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, Dwi Wahyu Atmaji, said through video conference on Monday (30\/3).<\/p>\n<p>The Secretary urged all to ensure that performance appraisal (SKP) in each ministry\/institution at both central and regional governments can still be carried out thoroughly according with the prevailing laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Third, each government institution is obliged to record and monitor civil servants who are infected with COVID-19.
