{"id":188111,"date":"2020-04-09T15:32:44","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T08:32:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/?p=188111"},"modified":"2020-04-10T19:35:27","modified_gmt":"2020-04-10T12:35:27","slug":"govt-revises-national-holiday-collective-leave-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/en\/govt-revises-national-holiday-collective-leave-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Gov\u2019t Revises National Holiday, Collective Leave 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-188112\" src=\"https:\/\/setkab.go.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/9April.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In a bid to implement President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo\u2019s directives regarding <em>mudik<\/em> season (exodus before Eid) and replacement of Eid 2020 holidays, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy on Thursday (9\/4) led a Ministerial Coordination Meeting on the amendment of Joint Ministerial Decree (SKB) on National Holidays and Collective Leave 2020.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Coordinating Minister, the amendment will change Joint Decrees by Minister of Religious Affairs, Minister of Manpower, and Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 174 of 2020 and Number 1 of 2020.<\/p>\n<p>For the record, the Government has stipulated Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 on Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to reduce the spread of COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister also called on the public to always comply with provisions of regulation on PSBB and implement health protocol in tackling the spread of COVID-19. He also urged them to skip <em>mudik<\/em> and vacation since the spread of the pandemic in Indonesia is predicted to increase.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the meeting, several collective leaves will be changed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eid holidays are still on 24-25 May 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Collective leave for the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad 2020 will be replaced on 28 October 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Collective leave for Eid 2020 that initially on 26-29 May 2020 will be replaced on 28-31 December 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The replacement of collective leaves to the end of the year is made by taking into account that the mitigation of COVID-19 pandemic has been well-implemented.
