Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono said that the Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan (Cisumdawu) Toll Road in West Java Province which spans 60 kilometers is slated to operate in September 2021.<\/p>\n

“Of 27.62 km, the construction now reaches 81.6% and the land acquisition process is 91.23% complete. This will all be completed and start operation in September 2021,” said Basuki when delivering a statement after attending a Limited Meeting at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Tuesday (7\/7).<\/p>\n

According to the Minister, 33.22 kilometers of the toll road will be managed by a Toll Road Business Entity ( BUJT) namely PT Citra Karya Jabar.<\/p>\n

\u201cSection three which spans around 4 kilometers is currently under progress (95.76%) and will be completed in September 2021. Sections 4, 5, and 6 spanning 29.17 kilometers. Meanwhile section 6, where most of the lands belong to state-owned forestry company PT Perhutani,has started construction with progress of 5%,\u201d Budi explained.<\/p>\n

According to him, despite numerous obstacles such as land acquisition and funding, all sections are targeted to complete in September 2021.<\/p>\n

“In the meantime, regarding land and legal issues along the toll road, Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning will handle it as ordered by President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo,\u201d Basuki said.\u00a0 (TGH \/ EN)<\/strong><\/p>\n
