President Jokowi\u2019s messages at twitter account @jokowi on the National Cooperative Day, Sunday (12\/7).<\/p><\/div>\n

The national cooperatives are expected to address the recent challenges by developing creativity and innovation, President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo has said.<\/p>\n

“I hope that our national cooperatives can face the challenges with new creativity and innovation in production, marketing and financing, including by utilizing digital technology,” the President wrote in his twitter account @jokowi, Sunday (12\/7).<\/p>\n

The President also expressed hope that cooperatives can support the public to survive and play a role in national economic recovery.<\/p>\n

For the record, the cooperatives in Indonesia held its first national congress on 12 July 1947 in Tasikmalaya, West Java Province. The date was later commemorated as the National Cooperative Day. (EN)<\/strong><\/p>\n
