(Photo by: BPMI)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Government has announced it is currently establishing a standard for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test price.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVarious organizers in health affairs, including health administrators, Ministry of Health, both private and government, as well as providers of PCR or reagents are involved in the formulation process,\u201d Spokesperson for the COVID-19 Mitigation Working Committee Wiku Adisasmito said.<\/p>\n<p>Wiku also pointed out that once the decision is made, the Government will announce the result to the public and the price so health facilities administering PCR testing adopt the set price.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will announce the price to the public and assign laboratories administering PCR testing,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>PCR test prices at various health facilities still vary due to the limited stock of reagents being circulated.<strong> (Communication Team of the COVID-19 Mitigation and PEN Working Committee\/EN)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Translator: Muhardi<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reviewed by: M.
