The country\u2019s economic growth rate is also better compared to other countries.<\/p>\n<p>The statements were made by President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo in his remark at the Plenary Cabinet Meeting at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday (2\/11).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe trend is improving. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) will make announcement regarding this in the next few days,\u201d the President said.<\/p>\n<p>According to President Jokowi, the economic growth improvement in the fourth quarter is essential. \u201cI expect the realization of our spending must be at its maximum so the growth will be positive,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The President has also ordered the Government to make efforts to increase people&#8217;s purchasing power since household consumption expenditure figures in the third quarter were still in minus 4.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, President Jokowi urged ministries\/agencies to continue to maintain spending realization in the first quarter of 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe work must start now.
