Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung<\/p><\/div>\n

\u201cFreedom to Learn\u201d policy implemented by the Government has important meaning to encourage teachers’ freedom in thinking, creating, and innovating, Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung has said.<\/p>\n

“Freedom to learn which stimulates the freedom of thinking, creating, and innovating of teachers in teaching is very important, as they can create a learning atmosphere that is more comfortable, effective, enjoyable, which in the end will bring more benefits for students,” he said in commemoration of the 2020 National Teachers\u2019 Day, celebrated on Wednesday (25\/11).<\/p>\n

For the record, \u2018Freedom to Learn\u2019 is a program initiated by Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim that aims to give schools, teachers, as well as students freedom to learn and be innovative in developing learning style and method.<\/p>\n

According to Pramono Anung, whose parents were teachers, a teacher is a person that must be listened to and model after. We can learn many things from a teacher. He\/she teaches us to innovate, to involve in an organization, and to hone skills.<\/p>\n

On the National Teachers\u2019 Day, the Cabinet Secretary also asked teachers to love their noble job.<\/p>\n

Pramono, whose parents were teachers, also interpreted teachers as someone we can learn many things from.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving parents who were teachers, I knew exactly the true meaning of teachers. Teachers are people whom we can learn, innovate, organize, hone skills, and learn many things from,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

On the National Teachers\u2019 Day, he also asked teachers to love their noble job.<\/p>\n
