Scientific considerations and the results of clinical trials will determine when vaccination can be started,&#8221; said the President.<\/p>\n<p>The President also reminded the public to remain disciplined in carrying out health protocols. &#8220;Even though the vaccines are already available, the public still have to be disciplined in implementing health protocols, keep wearing masks, maintaining distance, and washing hands.
