\nAssalamu\u2019alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.<\/em><\/p>\n

This afternoon, I visited West Sulawesi, especially in Mamuju Regency. I saw firsthand, on the ground, collapsed government buildings and houses. Following an earthquake that occurred five days ago, I came to ensure that evacuation process, fulfillment of assistance to the communities, logistics for refugees and refugee tents are well managed. I came here to ensure those things.<\/p>\n

Earlier, I have delivered this to the Governor. Once audited, the Central Government will immediately rehabilitate the collapsed government buildings. As for collapsed houses, the Government will provide assistance of Rp50 million for those with severe damage, Rp25 million for moderate damage, and Rp10 million for light damage.<\/p>\n

We hope with the assistance from the Central Government, collapsed houses can immediately be revamped, economic activities will be recovered and public services will also return to normal.<\/p>\n

And finally, I would like to express my deep sorrow for the victims, approximately 80 people have been found dead. May the bereaved family be given heartiness and patience.<\/p>\n
