For the medium and long terms, it will prevent flood due to extreme rain. Secondly, we also need to restore damage in watershed and catchment area. We also need to do replanting, to start reforestation in areas surrounding Kapuas River and Melawi River.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We hope those efforts can improve catchment area, improve watersheds, particularly in the upstream area. We will order Ministry of the Environment and Forestry and big private enterprises around here to build a nursery to ensure the reforestation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">That concludes my statement on this auspicious occasion.
