The Government Gives the Assistance of Children Education Costs at Indonesian Representatives in Abroad<\/p><\/div>\n

Ministry of Finance Bambang P.S. Brodjonegoro on March 18, 2015 ago has signed the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (<\/b>PMK<\/b>) Number: 57 \/ PMK.02 \/ 2015 on the Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 53 \/ PMK.02 \/ 2014 on Input Costs Standard Fiscal Year 2015.<\/p>\n

There are many changing that shown in this PMK, but there are two (2) things that stand out, i.e. the Unit Cost change for the Meal Cost of Civil Servants (PNS), and the availability of tuition assistance of children on representatives of the Republic of Indonesia overseas.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The amounts of aid children\u0092s education, for representatives of Indonesia in Foreign Affairs as set out in the attachment the PMK are:<\/p>\n

36. \u00a0COST UNIT FOR COST ASSISTANCE OF CHILDREN EDUCATION (BBPA<\/b>) OF INDONESIAN REPRESENTATIVE IN ABROAD<\/p>\n

36.I. \u00a0\u00a0 Elementary School \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 US $ \u00a0\u00a08.580 \/ year

According to PMK No. 57 \/ PMK.02 \/ 2015, the unit costs Assistance Children Education Costs (BBPA<\/b>) at representatives of Indonesia in Abroad is the unit costs for tuition assistance children education costs of the Foreign Service Officer\/Home Staffs\/Technical Attach\u00e9\/Defense Attach\u00e9 who worked at representatives of Indonesia in Abroad.<\/p>\n

Giving BBPA was conducted with the following provisions: 1. Used to finance tuition fees; 2. Given for children Foreign Service Officer\/Home Staffs\/Technical Attache\/Defense Attach\u00e9 that working at representatives of Indonesia in Abroad, who attended at formal education began elementary school to college, but not include post-graduate programs; 3. Given to children, including family allowances and school at the same location where worked parents (state-accredited RI representative locations abroad where their parents served).<\/p>\n

Provision granting this BBPA not included for: a. Children Foreign Service Officer\/ Home Staffs\/Atach\u00e9 Technical\/Defense Attach\u00e9 who works at representatives of Indonesia in Abroad at the countries included in the representative-prone and\/or hazardous determined by the Minister Abroad; and b. Children of Foreign Service Officers\/Home Staffs\/AttacheTechnical\/Defense Attach\u00e9 working at representatives of Indonesia in Foreign Affairs mutated between representatives (cross posting).<\/p>\n

“The budget allocation for the BBPA already included in the budget ceiling Ministry\/ Agency, and follow the rules established by the Minister of Foreign Affairs,” the sound of the PMK.<\/p>\n

“This Regulation comes into force on the date of enactment,” the wording of Article II PMK No. 57\/PMK.02\/2015 promulgated by the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H. Laoly at March 19, 2015. (ES)<\/b><\/p>\n
