(Photo: PR Office of Ministry of Industry)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The Government through Ministry of Industry initiated the organization of Business Matching: Local Products Purchasing in Nusa Dua, Bali. The event held on 22 \u2013 24 March 2022 is a follow-up of affirmative action on purchasing and using local products and a part of National Movement on Proud of Indonesian Products and a form of support from the Government to national industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMinistry of Industry has initiated the idea to organize the occasion in the effort to encourage the use of domestic products in the ministries, institutions, state-owned enterprises, and regional governments,\u201d Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita revealed it when carrying out an inspection in Business Matching: Local Products Purchasing, on Wednesday (23\/03).<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Industry hopes that the Business Matching event will encourage the commitments of ministries, institutions, state-owned enterprises, and regional governments to optimize their budget to purchase domestic products, especially the products made by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cActually, the products that they need can be produced domestically,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of Industry is optimistic that the purchasing potential of central and regional governments amounting to Rp1,071.4 trillion can be used to purchase domestic products up to Rp400 trillion in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlhamdulillah, in the last two days, until 03.00 p.m. Central Indonesian Time, the commitment of purchasing domestic products in Business Matching in Bali has already reached Rp95 trillion. We believe that the number can go higher,\u201d he revealed.<\/p>\n<p>Agus also emphasized that other events similar to Business Matching will also be organized. It is due to enthusiasm shown by the participation of domestic industry and the consumers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe event in Bali is the kick-off of their commitment, and they have signed it,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Business Matching is also a part including three phases, namely, pre-Business Matching by data interconnection through the government\u2019s applications, such as SIPD owned by ministry of Home Affairs, SAKTI owned by Ministry of Finance, and SIRUP owned by LKPP that will be connected with Information System of P3DN (SIP3DN) owned by Ministry of Industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll ministries, institutions, state-owned enterprises, and regional governments can submit to us through SIP3DN concerning their purchasing plan. This is what we pursue to reach the target.
