President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo distributed a number of social assistances for beneficiaries and traders at Anom traditional market and Bangkal Baru traditional market in Sumenep regency, East Java province, Wednesday (04\/22).<\/p>\n

The President said that the distribution of Cooking Oil Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is going well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe distribution of BLT Cooking Oil is still in process, everything is going well. I haven’t heard any issue in the field that hinders it, either through the post office, or through the urban village,” said the President.<\/p>\n

In the two markets, the President handed over BLT Cooking Oil of Rp300,000 to the participants of the Family Hope Program (PKH), street vendors, and market traders.<\/p>\n

He expressed hope that the assistance can help ease the burden of the public while strengthening their purchasing power.<\/p>\n

“We hope that the BLT Cooking Oil subsidy can strengthen people’s purchasing power and ease their financial burden due to the rising price of cooking oil,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

In addition to that, President Jokowi also distributed Working Capital Assistance of Rp1.2 million. He asked the public to use the assistance for additional working capital or business capital.<\/p>\n
