During his working visit to East Java province, President Joko \u201cJokowi\u201d Widodo Wednesday (04\/20) inspected Fishermen\u2019s Village of Bulak in the provincial capital of Surabaya. The President was welcomed by Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono at the location.<\/p>\n

President Jokowi also had a dialogue with the representatives of fishermen forum. In the dialogue, the representatives , among others, conveyed their requests to the President related to breakwaters.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey asked for a breakwater and I will immediately send a team from PU (Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing) here,\u201d President Jokowi said.<\/p>\n

On the occasion, the President also distributed the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) to the fishermen.<\/p>\n

Also accompanying President Jokowi on the event were Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir, Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini, Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa, and Mayor of Surabaya Eri Cahyadi.\u00a0(BPMI SETPRES\/UN)<\/strong> (GWH\/HD\/LW)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
