After a 30-minute flight from Haji Hasan Aroeboesman Airport<\/span>,<\/span> President Joko<\/span> \u201c<\/span>Jokowi<\/span>\u201d<\/span> Widodo and <\/span>First Lady Ibu\u00a0<\/i><\/span>Iriana Joko Widodo arrived at Soa Bajawa Airport, Ngada <\/span>r<\/span>egency,<\/span> East Nusa Tenggara province,<\/span> Wednesday (<\/span>06\/01)<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

T<\/span>he President and <\/span>Ibu<\/span><\/i> Iriana were greeted by Deputy Governor of <\/span>East Nusa Tenggara<\/span>, Josef Nae Soi<\/span>,<\/span> and Regent of Ngada, Andreas Paru. When<\/span> the President<\/span> walk<\/span>ed<\/span> towards the main airport waiting room, the Welcome dance “Ja’i Bajawa”<\/span> also<\/span> welcomed the President and <\/span>the First Lady<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

When they were about to enter the vehicle in Ngada <\/span>r<\/span>egency, the President and <\/span>Ibu<\/span><\/i> Iriana, who <\/span>wore<\/span> traditional Bejawa clothes, greeted the residents and took pictures.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

For the <\/span>local residents<\/span>, President Jokowi’s presence <\/span>was<\/span> special, because <\/span>for<\/span> the first time<\/span> in history,<\/span> the President of the Republic of Indonesia <\/span>visited<\/span> Ngada <\/span>r<\/span>egency.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
